Jack Hutchinson is a senior associate specialising in civil litigation, real estate, environment and planning, dispute resolution, insolvency and turnaround, and restructuring. With a focus on the Agribusiness and Real Estate sectors, Jack combines his legal expertise with a deep understanding of the industries he serves.
Jack’s experience includes advising on the sale and purchase of a rural properties throughout Australia. He has acted for a defendant in an EPA prosecution in the Land and Environment Court, assisted in agricultural lease disputes, and represented a farming family in a complex property and trust dispute in the Supreme Court of South Australia. Jack has also advised on receiverships and acted for liquidators in a range of matters.
